How do I place an order?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need assistance.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ONLY SHIP to the Contiguous States in the United States of America.
And only to the current billing address of the Credit Card. 
Special offers, promotions, and membership classifications permit shipping to Addresses other than the card billing address based upon specific merits determined by BeaconHouseware.com.

What is the return policy?

All Sales Are Final
At Beaconhouseware.com, we strive to provide high-quality products to our customers. Please note the following conditions:

  1. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  2. Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:
    • The product arrived damaged during shipping.
    • The incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.
  3. Customers must report any damage or incorrect product issues within 5 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@beaconhouseware.com with proof of the issue (e.g., photos).
  4. We reserve the right to request the return of the incorrect or damaged product before issuing a replacement.
  5. Please be aware, re-stock charges may apply, at the discretion of the beaconhouseware.com
